We accept returns on full-size bottles (10ml) within 14 days of delivery. Samples and discovery sets are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the safety seal intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
Contact us at hello@osmori.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.
